Since opening its doors in 1989, the Linn Street Café has set the fine-dining restaurant standard in Iowa City. When we became owners in 1996, we set out to enhance that tradition. And we believe we have succeeded in creating an eclectic culinary experience that brings flavors from around the world together with the best that the Midwest has to offer. We serve the finest cuts of choice Iowa meats, the freshest sustainable seafood and seasonal produce from local farmers. We put in hours of preparation each day in anticipation of the evening’s guests. Our servers are friendly and knowledgeable. And Wine Spectator magazine recognized our extensive wine list as one of the best in the world.
